“We respectfully acknowledge the territory in which we gather as the traditional territory of the Beothuk and Mi’kmaq.  We are conscious of the long and painful history of relations between the Christian church, colonial settlement practices and the harm caused to these lands and peoples.   May we always seek to live with respect on this land as we search for collective healing and true reconciliation and honour this beautiful land together.“

Gifts - GivingIt is with gratitude and thanksgiving we acknowledge the following Gifts and dedicate them to the Glory of God:

Building Fund

  • In loving memory of Chesley and Mary Granter. From daughter Joan and son-in-law Doug Bursey and family.

UCW Christmas Lights

  • In loving memory of Robert Johnston Sr. and Robert Johnston Jr. From Inez Johnston.
  • In memory of George Legge and in celebration of Christmas. From Nina Legge.

NOTICE FROM STEWARDSHIP COMMITTEE: The church books will close on December 31st for 2024. Any monies received after December 31st will be recorded for 2025.

THANK YOU:  The UCW would like to say a BIG thank you to all who contributed to their collection of personal care items for Carew Lodge/Stella’s Circle. We were able to fill a large Christmas gift bag for each of the residents at Carew Lodge and give a very generous donation to Stella’s Circle. Without your response, we would not be able to continue this wonderful outreach project. Again, many thanks to all!!!
